Lunch

Calvin and I have recently started watching the Food Network every afternoon while Harry takes a nap. I love to watch anything that is not a cartoon or on the Disney channel, but Calvin will sit and watch Giada. I know, Giada is every ones favorite.

Well every now and then she will make something that Calvin and I just have to try.

Rolled Turkey and Apple Quesadillas

 We loved these so much that I make them at least once a week. They are soooo easy to make and they taste so good!

Spicy Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard

I'm not going to lie, these looked better than they tasted. Maybe it's because I didn't add all the hot sauce or chili powder to spare Calvin's taste buds. The honey mustard was good and the chicken was really crispy, but bland.

Calvin thought it was really fun to make things that Giada made. And Harry loved to eat it!

Four

Four years ago today we welcomed Calvin Mark Phillips Albright into our family. I feel like he has always been the same little baby, but he has changed and grown so much.

But through all the years and all the faces, we love him unconditionally and we are eternally happy that he chose to come live with us and be a part of our family.

Harry spilled water with a cup. Nick took the cup away and Harry was not happy!

Sleepy boy

I was skyping with Rachel a couple of weeks ago and I noticed that it was real quiet. I went to check on Harry and this is what i found:

He LOVES his blanket! Every time he sees it on the floor he crawls to it and snuggles it. I was able to scoop him up and lay him right in his crib. I love this boy. I can't believe that he is almost a year old.

I have a big plans for this jelly bean and his birthday! I can't wait!

Pancakes

We LOVE pancakes! We have them at least once a week. Rachel recommended the mixes at Target and Calvin and I picked banana chocolate chip! They were so good!

Calvin wanted banana's and chocolate chips on top!

Best friends! Harry loves to be with Calvin. He follows him around all day long. I think that Calvin likes it a little too!

I'm not sure about that face Cal is making... but it sure makes me laugh!   

For some reason Harry would not sit down in the tub. Silly boy played like this  the whole time!
