Dress Up!

So Calvin was being really good and playing by himself the other day, so I decided to play some dress up! These are the cute little mittens, the scarf, and hat that Rachel made...so this blog is really for Rachel...isn't he cute!

Calvins morning routine

I was watching Calvin this morning, Susan didn't get enough sleep last night because Calvin loves his mommy so much he just wanted to be held by her ALL night long! Of course he slept well for me but when he did wake up I decieded to make a few videos of him. This is his routine every morning; wake up slow, stretch out, poop and then cry. (I took four 30 sec clips with the idea to put the cutiest one on the blog but they were all so cute I deceided to put them all up.)

First he is just waking up and wondering where he is.

He is DONE! empty stomach and a full diaper. He can't talk yet but if he could he would be saying, MOMMMMYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!

Bath Time

We were giving Calvin a bath tonight and he just looked so cute I had to take some pictures of him. Look at that fat little belly!

Calvin is 1 Month Old

Today we took Calvin to the doctors for his one month check up and just as we had suspected he has been busy growing. He is 10 pounds and 22.8 inches long (91st percentile!).

Calvin sleeping with his Dad just before the appointment trying to get all the extra growing in that he can. I was worried Nick would roll over and crush him, luckily he didn't.

Calvin can't wait for the season to start he just had to wear his REDSKINS gear today. He plans on going to his cousins and talking trash about the ravens today.

Sleepy Boy

After a long day at school I look forward to coming home and playing with Calvin, but for the past week this is what I have been coming home to! Mom keeps him awake for a few hours and then feeds him and then he just passes out! Mom says that he is just growing, but all he seems to do is SLEEP! but...only during the day...he does his best to keep me awake all night long!

Mom came in last week! I don't know who is more excited to have her here...me or Calvin! He is always so good when she is here, but as soon as she leaves he just cries and cries! Calvin loves his Grandma!

Calvin and Rachel's mittens!

Calvin likes to scratch his cute little face when he gets upset...so what better way to use Rachel's cute little handmade mittens! Unfortunately he knocks them off after a while...but it's cute while it lasts!

We always know when Calvin is trying to go to the bathroom because he gets that grumy look on his face and turns all red! Poor Nick just happened to have him in his lap when it happened this time!

Calvin has only met two of his aunts so far, but I'm sure that he will love all of them...and of course Uncle Johnny too!
